Q. Can you help us plan for kits and merchandise?

A .We offer customized services related to kits/merchandise, and we need the following information to proceed.

Example) I want to create a kit of office products that can be used practically for 200 new company employees with a budget of $80 per person.

Q. What is the production process?

A .DiiVER's production process is as follows.

1. Consultation:
Please send us your desired product, quantity, and request through 'Consultation Inquiry' on the bottom right.

2. Planning:
We will propose a suitable product/kit composition based on your request.

3. Quotation:
We will send you a quotation via email after consultation.

4. Design:
We will design a logo and illustration that fits your brand. (If you have design materials, skip this step) We will provide free mock-ups to help you understand the results and expectations.

5. Production and delivery:
After the prototype is finalized, it takes about 4-5 weeks to ship, and we will inspect, package, and deliver it in a form that can be safely sent.

Q. What is the minimum order quantity?

A .For kit production, we accept orders of 100+ pieces.
Still, the minimum order quantity may vary depending on the product or package.

Please note that we cannot fulfill orders below the minimum order quantity to ensure customer satisfaction due to various difficulties, including overcharging for printing.

A .Is there a fixed configuration for produce kits?
We can produce them in any configuration, and if you would like to suggest a format, please get in touch with us by email at ask@diiver.kr or chat.

We can source or create something for you if you don't see the product on our homepage.

A .Product mock-ups are delivered in approximately 1-3 business days after we receive your design source.
'Kit production' takes 4-5 weeks after confirming the prototype (including shipping).

A .We're not proceeding with the package only.

A .We do not offer 'sample rental,' and 'sample production' is only available for confirmed orders.
Sample costs vary depending on the selected merchandise item,

A .Please get in touch with us via the email you've been working with, a representative will contact you after checking.

A .For basic product design (graphic work),
you can provide materials (brand logos, AI files, Etc.) that can be utilized as resources.

However, we will need
①to develop design resources, ②character design, ③mold design, ④leaflet, ⑤diary, ⑥calendar, Etc.

Design work will be charged separately depending on the scope.

A .We can work on preliminary designs.
Typical turnaround time is two business days, but this can change depending on the scope of the design. 

A .Packing costs are organized as follows and are mandatory.
(It is excluded if you pack the product yourself).

1. Labor cost: Packaging the product into a kit (finished product).
2. Material cost: Courier boxes, tape, Etc.

A .We don't do simple packing only,
DiiVER to create the product and then pack it together.

However, additional costs may depend on the item or quantity,
