Q. What is the production process?
A . | DiiVER's production process is as follows. 1. Consultation: Please send us your desired product, quantity, and request through 'Consultation Inquiry' on the bottom right. 2. Planning: We will propose a suitable product/kit composition based on your request. 3. Quotation: We will send you a quotation via email after consultation. 4. Design: We will design a logo and illustration that fits your brand. (If you have design materials, skip this step) We will provide free mock-ups to help you understand the results and expectations. 5. Production and delivery: After the prototype is finalized, it takes about 4-5 weeks to ship, and we will inspect, package, and deliver it in a form that can be safely sent. Q. What is the minimum order quantity?
A . | For kit production, we accept orders of 100+ pieces. Still, the minimum order quantity may vary depending on the product or package. Please note that we cannot fulfill orders below the minimum order quantity to ensure customer satisfaction due to various difficulties, including overcharging for printing. |
